Ok so i just have to get this off my chest as I am totally fed up with the HC ticket office. I went in September the 12th and renewed my tickets for this season . I for some reason kept the reciept which I am usually very bad at. When the tickets came they had me sitting on the opposite side of HC from where I have sat for several years. I called the ticket office first thing the monday after the tickets came and explained that my tickets were not for the right seats. They took my number and had a lady call me back . The lady proceded to tell me that since I was extremely late they had released my tickets and had sold them to someone else . But they could put me one section over and to pick my tickets up at the game last Saturday. Fine I did this feeling well its my fault because I was a little over 2 weeks late getting my order in and I would just have to get used to the new seats. Tonight I am sitting in my seat and a lady came up and said wait oh my I have been sitting in these same seats for 30 years and now your sitting in them . We talked and I looked at her seats and she had my old seats. I asked her when did she buy her seats her response was last wednesday ( 2 days after I was told mine were already sold) . The part that scares me is when I picked up my tickets I ordered my Arch madness tickets . If the people in the Ticket office cannot do thier job for something as little as renewing tickets and to talk to you and flat out lie to you what the hell are they going to do when this basketball program hits the big time . If I did my job as half assed as these people I would be fired.
