Here’s part of the problem with sycamore athletics
Arrogance
Every now and then we have success and we ride that horse for as long as we can
Larry Bird can not even save us and I’m note sure he wants to
The athletic department needs to stand on its own. It needs to be open regarding all salaries and profits or deficits
Lastly we might need new visions in the athletic administration. We changed the ad but he kept everyone under him

The problem is that nobody at ISU is ever held responsible. Just same old same old. It's all a big if you have my back I'll have yours later type of gig. Curtis screws up Supers for baseball and Clink takes the fall. We cancel the football season in Spring 2021 and Mallory takes the fall and then is later rewarded with a 5 year extension. Enrollment continues to decline and they have some new excuse every year.
