Tribstar and downtown

Why has the Tribstar kept the "Think downtown Terre Haute is dead? Think again" story from their progress edition at the top of their front page for about three months now? I read it a while ago and found it interesting, but why leave it there? I guess at some point it becomes a nice promotion (advertisement) for the city, but I didn't think that was the paper's job.

I agree man...found it interesting on the day that I read it, but that was in September. (just checked the article and it was posted 9/25/09)
