30-9 CU leads at the under 12 TO, it took them all of 6 minutes to cover the spread on this one.

Whats gotten in to MSU. I remember someone saying MSU might go 0-18 in conference. I knew they would win at least 3 or so... But if they start 3-1? Doesnt make the league look very good. IMO.
and they were an overtime away from winning at Evansville too, so had they won that they'd be looking at going to 4-0

Creighton is just LIGHTING IT UP from 3 vs. Drake, they're hitting everything, especially Wragge. They could easily get to 100, but I am sure McDermott will call off the dogs with under 10 to go

Oh i know it. Thats why I said they would probably win about 3-5 games in valley play. Teams grow up and no matter how bad teams are in the valley they always seem to pull out 3 or 4 games. Just when you are that bad in the non conference that is a lot of growing up to do to start 3-1 and almost 4-0. Congrats to the bears for getting it together but just doesnt make the league look very good nationally.
at the 10 min. mark MSU is up 12 on ILS, wow is all I can say.
everyone thought MSU would go 0-18, heck, Drake, SIU, or ILS could very well go 0-18
Which is more surprising, the fact that MSU is could be 3-1, or Illinois State could be 0-4 by later tonight?

I'd go with ILL. St. being 0-4.. Talking about pre season number two team. They were suppose to go dancing this season. Two of those losses are at home and two of them are to predicted bottom teams (us and MSU). Big game this weekend with Drake to see who wont be 0-5. Wow. Our luck those two will have it turned around by the time we see them again.
MSU wins 62-55, utterly shocking, good for MSU though. But we had better not lose to them too

Drake won't be turning anything around this year
it would appear that illinois state is pulling an "indiana state" this year. got hot during arch madness the previous year. had a great non-conference (at-large worthy). then completely start crapping their pants during the conference schedule. i have a feeling that they will get it together by the end of the year, they have too much talent not too. but holy crap, it is not good to be a redbird tonight.
even though we were 8th last year, we at least, didn't start out 0-4 in MVC play

go look at thier message board. It looks EXACTLY like our this time last year. Blaming the coach, players , calling their tourney run a fluke in a otherwise average year last year, calling for certain players to sit the bench... I do think they will pull an Ind. St. last year and at least semi pull it together. But wow crapping their pants is a great way to put it.
