Vin Scully’s final game will be a road game, in San Francisco, against the Giants.

I remember Vin calling World Series games in the early 1960's. He had an amazing voice then as he does now. He had one of those voices you will never forget--including guys like Lindsey Nelson, Dizzy Dean, Harry Caray and Keith Jackson. As Bob Hope would say, Vin, thanks for the memories!

Agree -- one of the greats! Always thought one of his best calls was Billy Chapel's perfect game against the Yankees

lived in El Paso Texas for 3 years and got KTLA in our cable. I loved listening to him call a game, regardless of who was playing. He was so soothing and informative. Truly one of the greats and will be missed. I would hate to be the guy to follow him.
