Bally #50

The JSW Level
Looking forward to my FIRST live game of the year with my Sycamores. I hope they are not as bad as everyone is saying. Not surprising, I will be not only be at the game and in the SVC room at halftime, I will also "force" myself to go to my favorite watering hole BEFORE and AFTER the game and likely sampling their new "diet" pizza-- which of course, is only a pipe dream for me. . Look forward to meeting some of you (except you Landrus--you're too young) at the BALLYHOO!

GO TREES....we need some positive karma here~

Bally have fun at the game. I hope they can turn it around for you and the rest of the Sycamore fans there. Have a beer for me at the Bally also!

Done, big guy. I am not driving so I'll knock a few down for you. Frustrating year, yes, but geesh, win a couple of those and everyone would almost be happy.

Beat Wyoming, Ball st. and Eastern Kentucky and my frown would be turned upside down. Man those losses are awful lol

I am not so sure that we are a favorite in any game left unless something changes fast?
Namely, the players getting the playing time who are the best competitors even if not the most talented. Hard work & teamwork will usually beat talent most every time.

I run an independent site (www.bluedemonsnation.com), similar to this, for DePaul, and was wondering what you can tell me about your team. I know Carl's and Isaiah's games, as they are from here. If someone prefers, head over to Blue Demons Nation and share your insight.

Thanks.

Yeah right.............rush right over there and tell them all about us. Hell they should be able to figure us out by reading a few of the posts on this board. I'm not going to do their "scout" for them. We don't even know ourselves which team will show up tomorrow night............but I will be there to see for myself.

Now if Landrus wants to provide a "scout" so be it ?

11 - 1 vs DePaul ?

I'm probably crazy (often am) but I thought I remembered Ray Myer bringing the Blue Demons into Hulman Center -- probably Bird's soph year and of course us beating them. But the ISU website says our only win was in the NCAA Final Four ? ? ? ? ?

I should recognize you from your former "avatar" picture if we cross paths. I'll be on the west side in the lower bowl....but of course you DON'T know what I look like. GO TREES!

Joey Meyer brought DePaul to the Hulman Center when Ron Greene or Tates Locke or ??? was coaching. I think we won?

I remember this game also, but I was thinking that son Joey was the coach at this juncture. My tickets were behind the visitors bench and the Blue Devils thought they were getting "homered". Seem to remember that Joey was quoted as saying they would never come back to Hulman Center. There was bantering back and forth between DePaul players and ISU fans after referee calls.

Every game we've played versus DePaul; season, venue, coach, score.
The sole victory was the most important.
