As a member of the Indiana State Athletics Hall of Fame, I will be in attendance Thursday night for this year's induction ceremony and dinner.
Congrats to some people that I know for their induction: Mitch Hannahs, Rich Dawson and the family of Jay Barrett.
I recall Denise Sharps playing hoops under coach Godleski back in the day. I was but a young buck then, a fresh faced lad, I worked with the women's hoops team as one of their stats and media relations people back then in the old women's gym (which has since burned to the ground).
