True, he will round up a lot of talent, but only for about three years. Once he has his first winning season and higher offer he will be gone.

Everybody uses IUPUI as a stepping stone, just as they use us as a stepping stone. Indy is his home I think he will be around for a few years.
It's logical that iupui is a stepping stone; they;ve played MBB since 1971; they're still largely a commuter/grad school in identity AND they play in a very Meh conference.
Our biggest "problem" is small market which can affect home attendance AND revenues. We should rarely be a stepping stone but I know we're viewed that way (by some)
