I have unlimited $5 seats available for Saturday's game but you will have to pick them up from me at the Bally before the game. I pretty much need to know a DEFINITE count by the end of the day today. You can contact me at [email protected] if you need more information. (Bob)

So these aren't available at the box office? I'm confused.
 
Sorry I should have explained. There are tons of tickets available at the box office. I am working with a few groups to get tickets for them because we had originally hoped to have the Out-of-Towner's Classic on Saturday, so I am working with the AD's office to get some brought over to the Bally and anyone can join in with these groups. I am just making them available to anyone who would like them. Hopefully that clears things up.

So you can get $5 tickets at the box office? I think that is what he's asking. If not, why not?

You did not see where I said above "There are tons of seats available at the box office" Jason? I was already taking orders for a few groups (since we were not doing the Out-of-Towner's) and I just offered to have the tickets brought to the Bally so they didn't have to wait at the box office. No special deal.

I called and was quoted $17 per seat - $15 tickets and fees. Obviously there is still a disconnect.

You're kidding! $17 a seat? Where? No way that's upper level. :krazy:

And a disconnect? At ISU? :imslow:

Edit: Looking at the ISU website, it looks like upper level is $8. It's $15 for LL non-priority. No mention at gosycamores.com of the Creighton game/ESPN/ticket promotion, or anything....

John Sherman offered to give me a group rate ($5 for upper bowl) because of the Out-of-Towner issue and he is going to deliver the tickets to me personally at the Bally before the game. I am just trying to offer that price to anyone who wants it. If you buy a $5 seat without going thru me, I actually think they will be in the top two rows.

If that's the case, it's not on the website, and I doubt anyone at Hulman Center or the community knows that.

It won't be anywhere. John is just doing this for me as a favor. It is between him and I because we couldn't work out the Out-of-Towners game with them. I have orders for around 20 already but I can sell as many as I want but I need to know later today or tomorrow at the latest. The box office does not know anything about this, nor will they.

Anyone want to place a guess on the attendance numbers for Saturday? Saw MSU had a little under 7k for their senior night, I am betting we beat that. Think it will be somewhere between 7500-8000.

Agree/Disagree?

Paid attendance, not actual bodies..... but I think that is close. Probably the biggest crowd of the year and if we are talking 7,500 to 8,000 it will be. It could have been so much better but we will save that discussion for another day. I am so looking forward to the game. GO TREES~

I sure hope you guys do, we had the perfect storm for low attendance. Ash Wednesday, Start of High school Districts, and a poor playing team. I think you guys should get 9,000+

Bob, the wife & I are coming up from Louisville for the game tomorrow. She just gave me her blessing. Checking to see if you have any tickets left. If so, I would like to get 2 of them. Thanks for extending this offer to us. :sycamores:
