500 Wabash Plans?

Anyone know or heard anything about retail space at the 500 Wabash complex? I no longer live in Terre Haute, but seems like it's been vacant for some time now. It's such prime retail space for late night restaraunts and bars, I can't believe no one has taken it up yet!

Rumors I've been hearing is the space is just too costly.
