Hannahs & Wampler both w/ MVC Tournament winning plays in the 1st...great "D".
 
1B Coach...and Ort sleeping over @ 1B on the pickoff, which took us out of a RALLY w/ only 1 out...not good!
 
0-0 after 2 complete. ISU not capitalizing on opportunities to score in both innings......
 
and the sycamores get themselves out of a little jam themselves as wichita leaves the bases loaded in the top of the 3rd.

ISU played small ball in the bottom of the 3rd and came away with nothing. 0-0 still going into the 4th. ISU has now left a runner on 3rd base every inning.
 
still 0-0 going into the 6th. it looks like the team that comes up with the clutch hit will win this ballgame.
 
Shox have broken ice w/ 2 - top of 6...Kuhlman struggling. I'll be surprised if Heller brings him out for the 7th inninged.

Can you believe Ort - picked off 1B AGAIN, w/ only 1 out. Pissing away opportunity - DUMB!

It's a wrap! Wichita State shuts us out 5-0. Elimination game against Shockers is Friday at 1:30 (ET). Who will start the game for ISU??

ISU blew a huge opportunity today. Wichita State was on short rest and we couldn`t capitalize. Some dumb baserunning mistakes cost them some runs. Better luck tomorrow.
