A-10 close to adding Davidson

Looks like they're going to add Davison and possibly Sienna to replace Xavier and Butler. With those additions, it looks to me like they fully expect Dayton and St. Louis to bolt to the Big East in the near future.

Could be but they are also losing Temple and Charlotte as well. To me Davidson is a much better long term pick uptwo than GMU.

Yeah, Davidson isn't bad, but nowhere near what they had. What about Sienna? Ugh.

Sienna is in "greater Albany NY" and was on some short lists for the Catholic 7... they (obviously) weren't selected but they've made some strides.

Agree on SLU and Dayton on an island. I won't complain if the Valley can land them... Dayton plays football in the Pioneer (like Drake), SLU spends money on men's soccer... not as many scholies as football but still accounting for ~25 (unlike Wichita State)
