Sounds like he is doing a good job for Kentucky Wesleyan, and it looks like Evansville is back to their old selves again this year. Marico sounds like he is having fun there, and No, I don't think he ever had 9 rebounds in a game for us?

Did ya note, that UE is also having a problem of TO's after their 2nd exhibition? Let's hope the Trees can tweak their problem, as 20/gm is far too excessive.
However, our turnovers aren't a matter the other team's defensive pressure, it is simply us trying to do more than we should which are correctable things. We've picked up several charging calls (some questionable) and had a ton of quick trigger reaction turnovers i.e. getting a steal or rebound and trying to push the tempo or get the ball up court fast and simply rushing to much leading to an arrant pass.
Now, don't get me wrong, these are frustrating, but it is different than simply not being able to control the ball against pressure. I like our chances of correcting these problems, however i do expect a slightly higher than normal amount of turnovers because of our increased speed of play creating more possessions. One would then think that with more overall possessions, the chances of having a turnover increase.

Also, with a greater emphasis on full-court rather than 1/2 court offense, the propensity for more TO's will be apparent given the speed of transition.
But things like pulling the pivot foot before the ball leaves the hand when starting a dribble are more HABIT than accident and thus, more difficult to reform.

My sister is a Dolphins diehard, getting hooked when she was 10 yrs. old during the Bob Griese Era . She lives in Palm Bay, FL.
