Are there any other ISU fans making the trek out to the Dakota territories this weekend for the game? I will be there since I live pretty close. So if anyone else is coming let me know.

Looking forward to a great offensive showing this weekend!

Haven't missed a game in 2 1/2 years and hope to keep the streak alive, doubt my son makes the trip but I'll be there to support these kids! Didn"t see too many ISU fans my last trip to SD...
 
Tom, don't get your hopes up for seeing much, eastern SD is very much like northern Indiana, north of Indy, all farmland and flat land.

Once you get west of the Missouri River, now THAT is where all the cool stuff it.

I'll try to look for you all in the radio trailer. Hopefully Tailgatin' Tom will make it??

Hey ISUCC, we're in the process of loadin' up the RV for the journey to SD. Missed the last trip there. Only game we've missed. The older son was graduating Air Force boot camp and we got Ben's okay to head down toTexas for that. Looking forward to the maiden voyage to the rabbit den. Haven't figured out where we'll be parked as of yet. Since you'll be there, stop by the RV. There should be a few more parents there. We'll have a couple pops. See ya there. GO TREES!!!

Not going to make it up to Brookings for the game, although I hope to someday (would love to make every MVC road location when I eventually have a job that's a little more accommodating), but do plan to be in Cedar Falls for the UNI game in two weeks. And at homecoming the week after.
 
I'll be making the trip. I also missed the last one, but didn't have a valid reason like TG Tom. Support, we'll be keeping your son in our thoughts and prayers--what a lousy deal, and hopefully he makes it back soon. Let us know where you'll be Tom. See you all there.
 
if anyone is in town Friday and wants to go for a run I can give you a tour of Sioux Falls, so let me know, otherwise we'll see everyone at the game Saturday for what is hopefully another big road win!

Remember this a is a 7:00PM game...evening temps will be approaching the 40's and it will be "breezy"....dress warm, GO SYC's!

It's great to hear about all of you making plans to attend this weekends game at SDSU. I realize the expense of this trip won't be anything to sneeze at and your loyalty needs to be acknowledged.

I have tremendous admiration and respect for all of you that will make this trip and others this year and in future seasons.

40's up here is WARM, that's shorts and t-shirt weather! It'll be perfect.

Has anyone actually bought tickets for this game yet?? Their ticket office says the ISU section is in Section N, so will have to look for that section if they have a map of their stadium on the website.

lol...when I was younger shorts and a T-shirt wasn't a problem...finding out in my old age I'm becoming a wimp! Guess we need to consume a little "anti-freeze" at Tom's RV pre-game:cheers:
