Yes, can you explain it to me, please? It said Gant got the LB scholarship? What is it? I didn't know we were allowed to give any additional benefits to the players. I don't favor giving a "basketball" scholarship to someone that has had 4-5 years of free education.

apparently I was jipped!
I got the letter and bookmark. For the un-informed, the LB scholia is the only endowed MBB scholia we have, it not an additional benefit, its simply one of our existing MBB scholies AND the only one with a dedicated funding source.... Remember the Larry Bird dinner last year? That fundraiser netted ~$250K plus as seed money for the scholie ..... Surprised folks don't remember it... It was in all the papers, Larry was in town... Bill Walton was in town.... Most/All of the '79/team...
