Tulsa isn't gonna be much warmer than TH...brrrrrrrr. :cold:

They play at Little Rock, Arkansas Bank......about 10 degrees or better than Terre Haute on the weekend. Although forecast 60's in TH pretty good this time of the year.
 
Ya, maybe the Gulf Current will flow up the Arkansas River & warm things up? :lol:

They have artificial infield like ours (installed in 2012), so our guys should feel pretty comfortable. Berm design behind HP & 1b/3B lines should cut the wind. Looks like the dimensions of LF to CF could be deeper than norm, thus creating issues for our untested rookie OFers. Nice hitters backdrop w/ those trees...should help even up the tables, leveraging early season pitcher's advantage.

Friday - Howe:

2015
Howe started the season a midweek starter and was impressive helping ORU to wins over Oklahoma and Oklahoma State going 4-2 during his freshman season ... Led the Golden Eagles in the Summit League Tournament Championship game with his longest outing going 7.2 innings and a season-high seven strikeouts ... Earned his first collegiate start at Oklahoma on May 10 and won his first game for ORU at UALR on March 24 going five innings and allowing just one run while striking out four and walking none ... His 46 strikeouts were third best for ORU ... Posted a 3.93 ERA as he only walked 14 in 55 innings pitched.

Wood made just three appearances after returning from an early season injury on April 21 against Arkansas-Little Rock ... Pitched just 3.2 innings and allowed just one hit while striking out two.

PRIOR TO ORU
Played two seasons under head coach Casey Crook at Long Beach City College ... Led the Vikings to the 2014 South Coast Conference Championship ... Posted a 1-3 record in four starts during sophomore season ... Struck out 15 batters in 20.2 innings of work in 2014 ... Named a Scholar Athlete in 2014 ... Made seven starts as a freshman, with a 2.40 earn run average ... Recorded 39 strikeouts in 48.2 innings during freshman campaign ... Played varsity baseball under the direction of Head Coach Moon Cordero at St. John Bosco HS in Bellflower, Calif… Also participated in water polo.
