Baseball suspensions

As a baseball fan, today was a tough day as a sport I love received another black eye.

What made it even worse is that, as a loyal Cubs fan, i notice that none of the suspended players were from the Cubs, which means we have to keep playing with our current line up. :silenced:

Ridiculous that it will take till November to hear Arod's appeal. He will play out this season and the retire.

Thanx to the MLB Players Union protecting the "labor rights" of players. In most other "business" situations, he'd be suspended w/ pay until final determination.

Ya, he'll take his $$$ and buy an island in the Caribbean.
