The Indiana State women's basketball team hosted their eighth annual Big Blue Block Party on Friday evening, welcoming the Wabash Valley community inside Hulman Center for an open practice after interacting with fans in downtown Terre Haute. Friday was also the first day of official practice for the men's basketball team.
