I know I'm in the minority with this take...but I don't like betting on College sports. If you get a chance read the Connie Hawkins biography, "Foul". Not condemning or making a judgement for anyone for betting, but this has almost destroyed college basket ball twice in the past. The Pacers HOF'er Roger Brown got caught up in this mess as well and if it almost cost him his career, and would have if the ABA hadn't been there.

The betting scandal included Doug Moe of UNC, Tony Jackson from St. John's University, Roger Brown of University of Dayton, and students from NYU, North Carolina State, and the UConn. Hall of Famer Connie Hawkins was kicked out of Iowa, but was never even actually involved. Hawkins was barred from playing in NCAA, NIA, or the NBA due to these allegations until his lawsuit for reinstatement was successful in 1969.
Saint Joseph's University was stripped of its third-place finish in the 1961 NCAA tournament.

Professional gamblers are only interested in chasing the high. They don't give a shit about the players the schools or the sport.

Don't forget Alex Groza, Ralph Beard from UK during the 1951 scandal, that scandal effectively drove Clair Bee out of the college coaching ranks; that '51 scandal was a large factor in the NIT losing prestige as The National Title Tournament... Players from Bradley, Toledo, CCNY, NYU and LIU were all involved as well
