Absolutely ...actually we never really listed out how the award works. For example selection criteria...voting timelines...and of course the importance of our votes for keeping Trent in consideration for the award. Anyone feel like starting a thread on that? I'm buried in a meeting all week.
 
maybe we shouldn't vote...if he gets another coach of the year he is destined to get a coaching job elsewhere he couldnt' resist...NOOOOOO!!!!....Lets vote him worst coach of the decade or something crazy so he'll stay.....Kidding of course....this is what happens in college football....he deserves it, whatever comes his way....

I have had this line of thinking about him, I really doubt he leaves any time within the next two years...with all of his family here we just need to keep giving him a pay raise.
 
I could be wrong, but I really believe Trent is here for the long haul. He's not here to get himself a better job, because he's already had better jobs. He's here to win a championship, and not an MVC one...

I just wish his father could have seen it...

Me too, I know his father passing away was really rough on him. Mom still lives in the area correct?
 
As far as I know his mom still lives in TH.

Come on, people! Trent is 3,000 votes behind the top vote getter! :violent: He's 87 votes behind a coach who is 1-4 on the season. :violent: We can do better than that! This is a fan poll, so his achievements alone aren't going to get him there without us. VOTE EARLY, VOTE OFTEN!!!
