Very unlikely given that Rose Holman has some major construction projects going on right now the logistics and parking would be a nightmare this summer. They might be kicking themselves that they're not in a better position than they are - if this came a year or two later I would say they would be in great shape to get it again.

Andreson sucked - I went this year for the first time and it wasn't nice. Long walk from parking to field. Poor seating and no shade at all - just got cooked in the sun. Wasn't a fan at all.
