An ex-ISU Theta Chi Fraternity bros. was Vice-Principal of Pike Central HS during that 90-0 ass-burning by Cutler & Heritage Hills...one of Bally's chums! :blackeye: Wonder if they brought in a "Behavioral Therapist" for Monday's classes to deal w/ self-esteem issues, or just used a chunk of coal to blacken the other eye?

Jack Cutler, Jay's father played fullback for the Sycamores in 1974. Cutler will do really well for Miami, but 10 million for one year...holy crap he better do more than well.

Are you looking for a "typical" year by Cutler as more than doing well? I think several analysts consider Miami a better situation (team talent) than Chicago and given the range of QBs starting in the NFL, Cutler was likely the best option -- at least Gase believed he was the best option.

It actually ranks him 22nd among NFL starting QBs. Just about every starter below him is a back up or still on his rookie contract. Yes, it's a stupid amount of money, but it's the norm in professional sports these days.
