My girlfriend is a valpo alum.... I woudn't be able to stand it if they won and she talked smack to me.

You've been on here long enough to know there are a lot of crazy people on here.

I put the list on here elsewhere. If you throw out the Bird years, Lansing has the best win% of any D1 coach in our history.
That's not saying much. We are no better now than before he came. We looked horrible at Eastern and Butler.

Well....this program has always had that knack for losing to a lot of bad teams over the years.......but on the flip side, we've won quite a few we weren't supposed to win as well.....especially at home.......so maybe Wednesday is the time where things come together for us...especially from behind the arc where we are due to drop a high percentage of those. We'll see.

uh, yeah, duh! We've been screaming this on here for 7 games!

What a concept! Take better shots, not more shots. I like it; I really like it. Bottom line is it will make no difference unless the better shots go through the hoop. Come on Trees. Coach or no one else can shoot for you. Y have to do it yourself (another new concept). Put the ball in the hole.

Exhibit A: Van Sycoc. He only has 9...yes 9...shot attempts INSIDE the 3 line all year. That's unreal for anyone not named Prusator. And it's not like MVS is even hitting the threes he's shooting; he's only making them at a 31% clip from behind the arc. Just awful shot selection to start the season.

Valpo is a very good team, I'm hoping we keep it within 10 by the end of the game, I'd call that a moral victory, I suspect we'll continue to jack up 3's at an alarming rate and continue to miss, miss, miss. Every game I've watched I've hoped that "this" is the game we stop jacking up 3 after 3, but it just keeps on keeping on, so I expect the same tomorrow night as well.

I predict a loss by 12-15 points again.
