Sycamore Pride friends in the Terre Haute area -- make sure you stay far away from Bignell Automotive over in Brazil. Shop came recommended by fraternity brother I went to school with that was former co-worker of owner. Tanner had an issue at school last month where he was stranded on a field trip and needed trustworthy shop. Unfortunately, this shop is definitely not it. Owner Zach agreed to provide written documentation for son as he had to be towed on day of test which Zach agreed to. Two weeks later, Tanner was still attempting to get Zach to honor his word.
I asked the owner Zach Bignell why he hasn't followed through and get "I'm very busy at this time, and harassing me and saying I haven't honored my word would probably not be in your best interests. Remember you need something from me .. so when I free up I will get the letter to him. Until then sit tight and refrain from talking to me like I haven't done my job, have a great day." I've taken a screenshot from the Facebook chat as that is how Brian introduced us to Zach.
