not ISU related, but MVC related, in the men's 4 x 800 meter relay tonight Loyola came from WAY back to win the event, talk about an exciting finish! Sub 4 minute miler Sam Penzenstadler came from way back to run down 3 teams ahead of them to get the win! Good stuff! #MVC

in the women's shuttle hurdle relay, ISU finished 5th, missing the finals by less than one second.

the men did make the finals and will run again later today

off to another GREAT start at Drake today!

The women's sprint medley relay shattered the school record, getting 4th overall in 3:49.47, besting the old record by nearly 2 seconds! Arkansas, Ohio State and Baylor were 1-2-3. Katie Wise, Chidera Obasih, Jamie Newsome, & Alethia Marrero comprised the team

the men were 14th in 3:29.41

Freshman Taylor Austin SMASHED her own steeplechase school record (that she just set 2 weeks ago at Nebraska) with a 4th place finish, running 10:29.80. VERY impressive!
