Good news for the area.They must really have some very specialized equipment for it to take 3 years to get to production.
Could workforce training take some time as well?
Could also be any licensing/permits. My cousin manages a drug warehouse and his company opened a Vegas location. He sat onsite for nearly an entire year as they waited for approvals to everything
According to the Trib-Star the product they're going to make doesn't have FDA approval yet.Can't imagine spending 85 million if it's not going to be though.

They built that processing plant... millions of dollars, banking on FDA approval of growth hormone for farm animals... didn't get approved and the building sat empty for years.
