The article gives you a pretty clear picture of the drug testing policy and process at Indiana State.
Find it interesting the only coaches quoted on this story were track/cross country coaches. From a "sport" perspective suspected drug use in the form of PES's has long surrounded track and field so I understand that perspective. However...
The article doesn't reference any "specific" drugs but it would seem to point toward the usage of "street" drugs.
Bottom line: don't do drugs, don't go around drugs, don't have anything to worry about. Drugs are a major problem across the United States - this is not iust an Indiana State problem. The University has a sound policy in place and enforces the policy - good for them!!
If athletes still choose to use - you either suspend them or dismiss them. Not much else you can do.
