Jason -- Please take definitive and harsh action against these folks on Sycamore Pride who just continue, over and over, for months and actually years now continue to simply attack others in the most personal and vicious ways. Enough is enough ! Stop it ! Stop them ! Or throw them out !
I love getting on this site, staying in touch as best I can from a distance, with what is going on in Terre Haute. Lots of good info is shared almost everyday. We are (supposed) to be Sycamore fans .....and ADULTS ! Some of the crap being posted appears to be coming from 7th graders.
Cut it out ! Got something to say about our teams, coaches, programs, schedules, facilities, etc. then fire away. Positive or negative .....its all fair game. But this personal crap needs stop. And never reappear again.
You think someone's opinion is wrong, comment on what and why they are wrong. Tell us why you're right. We don't give a damm about what you think about them personally. Or what you think about what they posted two years ago. Deal with the present. Deal with facts. Deal with legitimate issues. Leave your personal emotions where they belong -- inside you. Both sides of any issues, both sets of opinions. Cut the personal attacks out.
Jason -- if folks don't stop, don't allow this to continue any longer. Warn them once, suspend them, if they come back on and do the same thing again, throw them off for good.

Personally I think one the biggest problems with a message board like this, is that things often get taken out of context, that wouldn't get taken out of context if there was an actual verbal conversation taking place. I also think a lot of people these days take disagreements too personally and things in general too seriously.

One of things I find most hilarious is that I'm often accused of being a miserable person that just likes to complain, which couldn't be further from the truth. This is about the only place in my life I complain about anything to be honest. If I thought everything going on around ISU Athletics and in the community was going great I would have no reason to even get on this message board. This is basically my venting platform, where I vent to an audience that halfway cares. None of my friends care about ISU at all and a lot of them either left Terre Haute or live up in Parke County where I went to high school.
