May be the smartest man at ESPN. Seriously. Everytime he talks I listen. I hated him when he coached but right now I am watching NFL32 and he was talking about injuries:

Everybody wants to do the right thing, best thing to do I think is to add a doctor to the NFL staff for games to be the neutral judge of when a player should or should not play."
