So how would that work?
The NCAA allows 11.7 scholarships for baseball.
So if you had 5 incoming freshmen, would you be allowed to go to 16.7? (Assuming all the seniors would return)
And then do that for all the other sports effected?
Could get expensive. No?

Some players will transfer or will have to earn their scholarship (as they do every year). Forget ISU for a second. There will be players transfer, seniors not come back, etc. If a current FR at ISU decides to play at USI next year as an example they should still be a freshman. These players didn't cause the virus or do anything to make the season not happen. It's sad that some may lose their scholarship or have to transfer somewhere else, but regardless they should still get 4 years to play if they choose to do so.
