Not what I thought some of them would be. I wonder what the MAC coaches receive? I can now see why a strong FCS coach does not stay.

To me the FCS and MAC are about where they should be, the ones out of line are the P5 and the multi-million dollar contracts.

I dont think they are out of line. I know its not a "free market" so to speak but they end up keeping these jobs on merit so what they can get is what they can get.

Good post!!! I'm a cyber security Sales Head Hunter, these salary are really good in fbs coaching, most live in inexpensive markets, coach Sanford making 210k in TH is a nice income.
