Army has something like 7 guys from Indiana on its team, so if it is an Army Coach there could be some recruiting connections in state already.
 
Sounds like it is close to being official.

I can confirm that Army assistant Zak Boisvert is headed to Indiana State. Boisvert had been at Army since 2016, and has also worked at Maine, Iona, and FDU. An official announcement is expected shortly.

He has to wait until some other coaches contracts expire. May to be official. But he's working already.
 
This new coach appears to be working the JUCO ranks. Seems to be following a number of JUCO players. I suspect they're now looking for some "big" help?
