Former Sycamore Mick Yelovich 403 Yard Drive!

Hello! LOL! Former Indiana State Sycamore Mick Yelovich hits a 403 yard drive in the qualifying round of the World Long Drive contest that was shown on ESPN2 today. Mick ended up getting beat in the Semis and tied for 3rd place overall.http://www.remax.co.za/World-Long-Drive/2009-Results/899/

Oh yeah, the did mention that he was a former college basketball player at Indiana State! So we got a little plug, thanks Mick... He is clearly a far better golfer than he was basketball player, although he was a decent ball player - their are only a select few on the planet that can man up and hack it 403 yards... lol

Sure -- Why not?! The skills are completely different, so I can see the 403 vs. the 2-foot FG (gimme putt, not a chip shot)

Might have been a two foot putt for most but it was definitely a chip for the Mighty Yelovich. Did he ever put one down?
