I guess I don't follow popular country enough to understand why he is still such a huge draw.

He's got cult status like Phish, Dave Matthews, etc.

We just played on the Juke Box, You Enjoy Myself, Dive In and Friends in Low Places at Sportys Bar on Gulf Blvd...and guess which song everyone reacted to and sang along with? Yeah, the answer is just that easy.

I find it hard to believe that any of the three still have any type of cult status, especially Phish. They are just sone kind of awful. Basically a Grateful Dead knockoff.

Yet all three sell out their tours in minutes. Living by Deer Creek, you can always tell when it is Phish weekend. Don’t like them myself, but they have an insane following.

You really do live underneath the Bally...or some kind of rock. They all have huge followings. There’ll be 40,000-50,000 at the Garth show during Arch Madness.

Just proves how few people have good taste.

I actually used to be a mild fan of DMB. Then everyone proclaimed to be "the biggest Dave Mathews fan" and they were the largest bandwagons group of the 90s and early 2000s and I went elsewhere.

As for Phish, they flat out suck. I don't care how many people show up. I guess if I spent most of time on acid or high maybe I would feel different.

As for Garth Brooks, country music is my least favorite style of music. Just cannot get into it and you couldn't pay me to go see him or any other country person in concert

10’s of thousands will be paying a LOT of money to see him during Arch Madness. Let’s end this musical debate and all agree we hope it’ll matter for us. Meaning all us Sycamore fans will need hotels Saturday night because we’re playing on that Sunday!!!

Give Eric Church’s new album “Desperate Man” a listen. He is considered country, but certainly doesn’t sound like anyone else on country radio. “Heart Like a Wheel” and “Hippie Radio” certainly doesn’t sound like a Luke Bryan tune.
