MVC Conference Divisions?

Why isn't the MVC seeking candidates for expansion and injection of NEW blood? There are a number of reasonable fits that could add to the conference and thus project greater NATIONAL recognition. The MVC is a lil' too conservative in this regard. I like the Horizon League divisional format...the MVC needs a couple more schools to create a similar concept.
