If you get the Greeks to the game you would triple attendance for students. We need to please talk to the Greek council and get this done ASAP. Make it a tradition that they show up for home games. Bring events to the game.

Why do we not reach out to the football alumni for support?

How are other schools compared to ISU with Greeks coming to the Football game? When I was there 3 years ago they would only come to the 1st game and Homecoming game.

On Greeks:

We've documented this in other threads, but I'll post it here. When I was still an undergrad, the IFC had a points system where Greeks attended sporting events and got points towards an, I believe, Order of Omega award or something similar. From what I understand, that was scrapped a couple years after I graduated by the new IFC cabinet. I've pleaded several times on here to put it back into place. They need to go to the PHC and get the same sort of thing put in place for sororities. If the Greeks are getting points for attendance, then maybe they'll stop scheduling events on game days.

On Football Alumni:

Tom James sends out an email, sometimes 3-4x a week to football alumni and I'm also on that list. They are VERY aware of everything going on as Tom does a fantastic job keeping them informed.
