Ya, I looked up his high school stats. All the potential of being a top starter for us.

Big question is whether he can be "re-groomed" quickly enough...we need a dependable LHP starter to throw in the middle of the rotation. Was hoping that the "Bulldog" could fill the void, but needs to yet develop 6 innings stamina. Any idea where he's playing this Summer?

Recall back in '16 when ISU sent 2nd year AUSTIN CONWAY to the Cape Cod League? Wore his arm out, never the same. Ya, he was an All-Star that Summer, but look @ the cost. I look @ these Summer Leagues w/ a grain of salt...

Watched him pitch a few times in high school against West Vigo. High school is a lot different from college baseball, but he had a nasty wipeout slider and that fastball almost seemed like it was rising. He probably needs to bring down that velo to get it over the plate more consistently.
