How Does Western Illinois Have 7 Picks and We Have 4???

Western Illinois had 7 All conference picks, including 2 first team and a 2nd team, and Indiana State has 1 2nd team and 3 HM. This makes no sense to me. Congratulations to Aaron Archie, who was named to the second team, and to Darius Gates, Rod Hardy, and Donye McCleskey, who made honorable mention. I tried to include the link, but it didn't work.
