A new building at 500 Wabash Ave. in Terre Haute features space for 260 students in furnished, upscale apartments and retail space on the ground floor. The project is a partnership between the university and Thompson Thrift Development.

Looks fantastic. Wish we would have had something like that when I attended in the early 70s. Whatever happened to the married student housing near Deming Park?
 
Any word on what enrollment is projected to be at this fall? I know this housing is for older students, but just curious.
