Indiana State ranks in the top 30!!!

It's been a GREAT start to the school year for our beloved university. ISU ranked #30 for best university, beating out some pretty "big names" .

I'm not sure how much weight they give it but I know this magazine really focuses on universities enabling 1st generation college students to advance beyond the 'econ demographic' they entered school in... i.e. Does a University help move children from a working class family to a middle-income class

Course it's not always on the University... the economy plays a role but most importantly... the INDIVIDUAL.

I have had the opportunities to work with Ivy League grads, Pac-10/12, SEC, ACC, etc, etc, etc --- quite frankly they all seemed very similiar to MVC grads.

The individual personality played a BIG ROLE. Some of the Ivy Leaguers were arrogant as hell, others not as all. The worst... north crook grads and SEC football fans...
