Really proud of the Sycamore's baseball team. Also, Coach Hannah has done a fantastic job with these young players as the Sycamores were picked to finish in like 7th place I believe. I'm happy that coach Hannah was finally hired to lead the baseball team after applying for the job several times.
I should have got my lazy ass up and drove to T.H. for today's game.

HHHHUUUGGGEEEE series win, congrats to the team!!

Luckly I was able to see thke Sycamores vs Butler at Victory Field and at home Friday night vs Dallas Baptist. They were 2 great games and even better weather. Trees had a better crowd on Wednesday that the host Bulldogs. Friday night's crowd was small. Seems like Terre Haute considers itself a baseball town--didn't show it then.

Really enjoy following this team. Hard nosed team that battles until the end. Any given game a different player picks up the team. Total team victories all season long.

Warren Nolan has our RPI back down to #19. Still a lot of baseball to play, but this team has really positioned itself well for post season play. Just about every bracketology for baseball has us as a 3 seed, and one even had us as a 2 seed.

i'm guessing after this weekends series, 70% will have us as the 2 seed playing in bloomington

They may not win the conference regular season...but if they don't win the MVC conference tourney...they will be darn close! There is a lot of parity this year among the top four teams in the conference.

right now we are the 5th best conference and we should be treated that way. Will it happen, probably not.

teams that deserve bids: Indiana State, Illinois State, Dallas Baptist. Team on the bubble: Evansville (if they win the regular season they should get in regardless)

Minimum number of bids: 3
Maximum number of bids: 4
a perfect storm with Bradley, wichita, msu, siu winning the tourney: 5 - i'm giving this about a 1% chance of happening.
