UE scores 3 in the first. Urdaneta drops the ball on an attempted tag and it snowballed from there.

Spencer gets a DP in the 5th, then walks 5 batters...I'm going back to bed! Of Spencer's 48 pitches, only 23 have been strikes. The odds would be better if he were BLIND! His hair must be blowing in his eyes again...
 
#1 Southern Illinois was upset by #6 Missouri State (5-1), so we are playing SIU in the elimination game today.
 
Well, I see that I didn't miss much last night. Nine (9) BB's by three (3) ISU relievers in 4.1 innings. If that won't get your ass buried, nothing will! While both 1st yr. pitchers Spencer & Cutts have show moments of brilliance, their CONSISTENCY leaves much to be desired. They've got their work cut out for them over the Summer.
