It is ironic to see a Russian news network coming here to report on a decaying industrial town. I think most everyone, at least in the Midwest, knows about Gary's situation. I wonder what foreign viewers think about that report. I look at Gary and tend to think of it as being like an industrial town in Eastern Europe or Russia.
