It kicked my browser off again (multiple times)

And the link to the weekly football release is crap as well -- are they not posting a .pdf version?

Has it become 'subscription' based?!

Works fine for me.

The page has an Adobe Flash video on it. Are you running the most current version of Flash? If not, you may want to go over to Adobe.com an download the latest Flash player.

Additionally, you may want to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, install it, update and then run to see if it finds anything on your machine that could be causing you issues. Finally, what web browser are you using?
