Ayden Jent, a 2015 graduate of ISU, earned a degree in political science and a minor in civic leadership. While at school he also managed the track and field team each year — and that’s where the dream of competing in the Paralympics came about.

I don't think the article mentioned it but he is a former manager for the Indiana State Track & Field team(s). Don't know him personally but from what I have gathered he was VERY well liked by his teammates at Indiana State. One of my best friends was a manager of the team while we were at Indiana State (Jon Lee) he has gone on to be a math teacher at Terre Haute South and head Track & Field coach for the Braves. Pretty cool.

Yup, he was a manager for two of the years I was on the track team. Great kid! Huge advocate for ISU/athletics/track&cross teams. Great to see him chasing his dreams in this manor. He would spend some practices running around the track to get into shape with the rest of the team.
