The Indiana State University Women's Track and Field team will look to play a big part in winning their eighth straight Coughlan-Malloy Cup this Friday in what will be their only home meet of the 2013-2014 season.

The Indiana State University Men's Track and Field team will be looking to keep their perfect 2-0 season record, as they head into their lone home contest of the season Friday against Missouri Valley Conference rival, the Illinois State Redbirds.

Brett Wehmiller wins the high jump at 6'5

Chris Fields places second in the shot put with a throw of 60-3

5th year senior Mary Theisen wins the weight throw with a toss of 61-4.25

Max Tuttle wins the 400 in 49.56

David Timlin wins the mile in 4:15

Greggmar Swift runs the 2nd fastest time in the nation in the 60 meter hurdles in 7.69

Carmelia Stewart wins the 60 meter hurdles for ISU in 8.71

Nicole Lucas finishes 3rd in the mile in 5:08.91

Sophomore all american sprinter Katie Wise wins her heat of the women's 60

Israel Mercado wins heat #2 of the 60 meter dash and Carl McQuay both win heats of the men's 60

Alethia Marrero wins heat one of the 400 in a fine time of 56.94

Keith Housley takes the 60 meter dash in a time of 6.93

Shelby Higginbottom takes second in the 800 in a time of 2:15.07

Katie Wise 2nd in the 200 meter dash in 25.14

Arqeil shaw and Keith Housley 1-2 in the 200 meter dash at 22.43 and 22.44

women's 4 x 400 relay wins easily in 3:51.47

Katie Wise wins the 60 meter dash in a time of 7.42 unofficial!

That is FAST folks! Quite possibly one of the fastest in the nation (per twitter, that is #11 in the nation this season)

Katie's time is a new field house record.

another impressive performance from junior Byron Ferrell as he wins the pole vault at an impressive 16'6". We have not had anyone jump that high in quite some time.
 
ISU redshirt sophomore John Mascari wins the 3k in 8:09.39, a new Field house record and less than a second off the school record. That time is #3 all time at ISU.

and it's early, but Mascari is currently #1 in the nation with that run

last event of the meet, ISU men's 4×4 dominates to end the meet, winning in 3:18.77
 
Sycamores Pull Together To Take Home the Coughlan-Malloy Cup

The Sycamores set four facility records on a night where the men and women came together for a dominating victory to take home the Coughlan-Malloy cup by a score of 181.5 – 88.5 over the Redbirds of Illinois State University.
