You guys are getting a good one here. He was having his way against good Big Ten defenses, I can only imagine what he's going to do in the MVC. It really hurts to see him go but I hope being close to his family helps him through this trying time. Good luck Jake and good luck ISU.

Muscohawk.

Thanks. We are well aware of Jake's abilities from watching him in his high-school days. It is unfortunate that he is in the situation to need to transfer home. That being said, we would welcome him with open arms. He would become another beloved Sycamore.

Nice post thanks!

We all have very high hopes for Kelly and this team. The buzz that this kid has created is pretty amazing. By now you all know why I was so excited to share this with you when I heard about it in December!

This kid is one of the best players in college hoops right now. He tore the Big Ten up the last month or so of the season. He was avg. 20 pts a game against some of the best def. in the country. He has the ability to carry this team. No time is better than now to develop

I saw a huge line outside the Hulman Center yesterday, people lineing up for season tickets next year! Ok I am just kidding. But if you want on the bandwagon you better get on now!

Morgan first posted the transfer rumor on here on Feb 13. Kelly finished the season really strong. It almost looks like he stepped up his game AFTER he made his decision to transfer and, prior to that, was playing "unhappy."

how about a "hawk-amore"??

I think he stepped up his game when he started playing point guard, which seems to be his true "natural" playing position. This could have also been the same time he decided he was going to transfer. Hard telling
