Finally, Missouri State's Nathan Scheer has won StatSheet's Missouri Valley 6th Man of the Week. Odum put up respectable numbers with 50% shooting, 5.5 rebounds per game, and 13 points per game. The Indiana State junior played well for the Sycamores in victories against Miami (FL) and Illinois State.
Odum added 9 points and 6 assists in 39 minutes in a close 57-55 win against Miami (FL). In the next game he added 17 points and 6 assists in a narrow 77-75 win against Illinois State.
This is the first StatSheet Missouri Valley Player of the Week award for Jake Odum. However, he has received an honorable mention. The runner-up this week is Troy Taylor, a senior from Evansville. Honorable mention goes to Colt Ryan, a senior from Evansville.

In the win over Miami (FL), Brown rang up 9 points and 5 rebounds. Then in the win against Illinois State, he put up 12 points and 7 rebounds.
This marks the first time this season that Devonte Brown has won the StatSheet Missouri Valley Freshman of the Week. The runner-up is our own Khristian Smith. Honorable mention goes to Marcus Marshall from Missouri State.

Junior Nathan Scheer, a 6-5 guard/forward, played 25 minutes during a lone game for the Bears. In a 70-59 win over Southern Illinois, Scheer got 15 points and 3 rebounds.
This is the first StatSheet Missouri Valley 6th Man of the Week honor for Nathan Scheer. Avery Dingman, a sophomore guard from Creighton, is runner up. Jaylon Moore, a sophomore forward/center from Evansville, receives honorable mention. This now means Indiana State has 2 StatSheet Missouri Valley Player of the Week wins this season.
