ISU future is looking bright. Hulman Center plans, downtown housing (on Wabash and Deming building), Normal Hall, new signage around campus looks good, Nursing Health and Human Services upgrades, new and significant degree programs, upgrades to existing housing, football stadium discussions, new track and field facility... and I'm sure I missed several things... Academics are looking much better.

Don't know if anyone on here has been to JGumbos - pretty decent food, they are working on opening a new bar in their resturant which would give Terre Haute another bar/eatery location for students and fans.

Are these pictures from their restaurant in downtown on Wabash? regardless of where their location is, it looks really nice! and i know J-Gumbos is a big Indiana State supporter so it is always a great decision to take your business there.

It really is exciting to see where ISU is headed as a university the past 6-7 years. Enrollment is up, multiple buildings are being built or refurbished around campus, athletics are more successful across the board, downtown is coming alive! Great time to be a Sycamore!

Yes, downtown on Wabash! If they would improve the facade on the building it would match what you see inside it would be amazing!

The don't have a liquior liscense yet but I think they are working on that - I personally would be much more likely to go to Gumbos if they had a full Liquior liscense. The art work and construction inside is amazingly unique and creates a cool atmosphere for sure!

Agree... JGumbos is nice atmosphere, good food, and pretty reasonable prices. Hope they get that liquor license soon! Looking forward to see what other types of expansion, stores, & restaurants arise from the new students living on Wabash and Cherry.
