Kevin Garnett: "How much is NIL changing all this? Is the money in front of the love? Do we still have players who really love it? Going to the gym, treat it like a girl friend, spend a bunch of time with it. Do we still have gyms rats or is the money in front of the love right now?"

Mike Bibby: "I think it makes it harder. I got a few kids that I recruited and the first thing they asked was how much money are you giving?"

KG: "Off the rip? Y'all didn't talk basketball?"

Bibby: "No, there was this one kid. I'm not going to say his name but the first thing he asked me when I spoke to him. The first three things he asked was. Are you going to recruit over me? How much can we pay? Am I going against anyone for the starting spot? Soon as he asked those three questions I told my guys to leave him alone. I don't want him."

Bibby: "Even when I was going to college. Jason Terry was there. I never thought one time, will I be playing ahead of him? Do I need to ask the coach what's going on? I came in there and figured that was my spot. With no questions asked. I was going in there and figured that was going to be me starting. It ended up being me but that never crossed my mind of damn, am I going to play? That goes with the NIL and transfer portal that's killing it because if I don't like it here, I can go somewhere else with no problem. That goes with AAU as well. That's why the coaches don't teach them nothing because if I tell my superstar something. He's going to go somewhere else, where a coach is going to let him be free and do what he wants and have no questions asked."

Bibby: "I don't coach like that and I let them know from the beginning of the season. If you're not willing to get on this boat. Let us know right now, we'll let you off. With no problem. But this is how shit going to go."

KG: "Wow"

Not shocking that Bibby was a dog when he played. I remember when Shaq called them the Sacramento Queens and of everyone on that team, Bibby was the first to get up in his face and try to scrap.

O'Neal got away with murder over the years -- he took a lot of shots but he more than dished out what he received
